The article examines the role of physics as a basis for the study of subsequent technical disciplines and disciplines of the professional cycle in the educational program of the University. In order to master special disciplines in the future, students must achieve certain competencies in physics that would allow them to use the studied material to form knowledge and skills in newly mastered technical disciplines. Using the example of an oscillatory circuit study, the importance of interdisciplinary connections between the disciplines of physics and electrical engineering using computer technology is shown.
interdisciplinary connections, sequential oscillatory circuit, resonant frequency, characteristic resistance, Q factor, amplitude and phase frequency characteristics
