Electronic Variant of the Textbook on the Course on Physical Thermodynamics for Technical University
K.V. Glagolev, E.V. Kalinin, A.N. Morozov, S.G. Razguliaev
N. Bauman Moscow State Technical University
The electronic textbook “Physical thermodynamics” was created in MSTU named after Bauman. Content of the electronic textbook is based on methodical material of physics faculty and the original texts created by lecturers. Electronic textbooks on natural sciences has a feature and contains a lot of formulas, images and as a rule has a lot of pages. We used XML taking into account these specific factors. We are designed specialized software with special decisions that has allowed essentially to simplify a content creation in XML and for the following publication in Internet. The electronic textbook is http://fn.bmstu.ru/phys

Canonical Transformations in the Course of Theoretical Physics
S.V. Borisenok, A.S. Kondratyev
A.I. Gertsen Russian State Pedagogical University (St. Petersburg)
We consider canonical transformations in theoretical physics as a fundamental analytical method. The general methodology of its application in classical and quantum science is illustrated with the series of examples which form the basement for the study of the actual problems in the physical theory. The producing functions technique and Bogoliubov’s transformations are at the center of attention, as the most brilliant examples of simplicity and generality of the canonical transformation methods.

Methods and Principals of Creating Education Systems
G.V. Erofeyeva, U.U. Kruchkov, E.A. Skljarova, V.M. Malutin
Tomsk Polytechnic University
The fundamental principals of creating educational systems on the modern stage of educational development and the concept of computerized classes are considered in this article. This article gives description, analysis and results of work of interactive educational system, which is based on Macintosh computer basis.

About Incorrect Treatment of Ohm’s Law in the Methodical and Educational Literature on Physics
V.I. Skomorokhov and O. G. Butyaev
Kazan’ State Power University
The analysis of the formulations of Ohm’s law, submitted in various is carried out to the methodical and educational literature. It’s established, that in some sources the Ohm’s law is treated incorrectly.

Methodical Aspects of Principal Electric Network Laws Appliance
I.M. Mukhiti
Kazakh National Technical University
From a methodical point of view the logic of processes in the laws Ohms and Kirchhoff’s exhibited for want of study by their students is considered. The definitions and mathematical formulas of the called laws adequate theories and practice of their applications are offered.

Do We Need Obsolete Terms in Physicist’s Vocabulary?
G.A. Rozman
Pskov Pedagogical Institute
E-mail: rozman@psk.sovintel.ru

The article discusses the presence of obsolete terms in modern physics vocabulary. It is shown that their use might lead to misunderstanding of important concepts of physics.

The Algebraical Methods of the Theoretical Physics Studying at the Pedagogical Higher Schools
A.S. ëondratyev, A.V. Tankova
Russian State Pedagogical University
The basic course of theoretical physics studying method, based on the successive utilization of algebra methods is proposed. The system of solving the classical mechanics problems is worked out. The basis is the repeated employment of Puasson’s brackets in Hamilton approach, which helps to eliminate integral operations at dynamics problems solving. The results can be represented as Taylor’s series in the time of motion. The program of the algebra methods utilization at the solving the problems of quantum mechanics and statistical physics is outlined.

About Some Physical Analogies Which Accompany Oscillations of Coupled Vibration Systems
P.V. Leonov
Institute of Technique Technology and Management
Balacovo Institute of Technique, Technology and Control In the article the physical analogies between beatings of two bound oscillators and phenomena accompanying oscillations in different physical systems are used. It is demonstrated, that the reference properties of interactions of two bound oscillators are clearly viewed by the known laws in different parts of physics. These analogies can help to the students training of non-physical specialties at Higher Engineering School.

Demonstration Practicum on Faculty of Medical and Biological Physics in Medical University
V.N. Bakutsky, A.N. Volobuev
Samara State Medical University
Problems and are defined the description special demonstration practicum, accompanying lecture rate of medical and biological physics in medical university is given.
Practicum contains original installations, the complete set and use of which are in detail described.

Comprehensive Laboratory Work on The Investigation of the Dependency of Water Viscosity on Temperature
L.A. Evdokimova, T.P. Smirnova,
Novgorod State University named after Yaroslav The Wise
Laboratory work, a part of the course of ‘Molecular Physics and thermodynamics’ for the students of physics, chemistry, biology, and pharmaceutics major is described. The aim of the laboratory work is the study of the properties of water as a fluid with complex interactions between molecules (hydrogen bonds). The capillary viscometer is used for the determination of sheer viscosity of water. The Poiselle’s formula is obtained by means of consideration of the forces applied to the volume of liquid having shape of cylinder with thin walls. The obtained results are in excellent agreement with theoretical ‘hole model’ developed by Ya.I. Frenkel in his “Kinetic Theory of Liquid”.
This laboratory work helps students to develop skills for independent and individual research activity in their field of study.

Computer Usage in Physics Laboratory
M.B. Shapochkin, Yu.B. Pankrashkin
Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University)

One of possible variants of applications of computers in educational laboratory of a practical work of a general course of physics - program of methodical support (PMS) of laboratory works which are carried out by the students on real laboratory stands is described. PMS of laboratory work on section "Molecular Physics", Definition of factor of internal friction of a liquid on a Stoks method" is submitted on a site of faculty of physics of MPEI to the address: http://phf.mpei.ac.ru/stocks/laba6.htm

The Standards of a Physics Practice: the Requirements, Recommendations, Alternatives
V.V. Svetozarov, Yu.V. Svetozarov
Scientific and Technical Center “VLADIS”
The criterions of quality (standards) of a physics practice, checked on marketability, are systematized on directions: functions of a practice, contents of a practical work, technology of training, ergonomics, technical parameters, operation of the equipment, methodical maintenance, skills trained, teachers and staff. Applying the generated criterions to the proposals of the developers and manufacturers of educational engineering, the high school can independent conduct a qualitative expert evaluation of this engineering and optimum to complete the practical work. The availability of such criterions will allow more Ë×ÁÌÉÆÉÃÉÒÏ×ÁÎÎÏ to conduct certification of high schools. For the developers of educational engineering these criterions are a reference point by selection of directions of development.
