The approach to study of the section "Optics" of a course of
general physics directed on representation of its laws as integral part
of system of the laws of physics, on formation at the students integral
of a physical picture of the world and system, reflecting it, of physical
laws is developed. The logic of the section, in which optics appears as
a science about substantially nonequilibrum and irreversible processes,
is considered. In the offered approach, the optics more effectively used
for preparation for studying and recognition by the students of quantum
physics.

In this paper it is proposed to use physics as a universal educational
subject. In such a representation the leaving of physics has a double
goal: on the one hand, the standard learning of the subject knowledge
of physics is kept that is necessary for the exploiting it in a professional
activity; on the other hand, the knowledge of physics can be used as a
background for an assimilation of the information set-up. The latter is
important for the informational mobility, i.e. for a capability to get,
to interpret and to use new information in the different fields of knowledge.
The content of the course of physics is considered that provides such
a type of training and the method of expounding of the training materials.

we try to connect the account of physics with our students` future specialty.
Lectures are given on the course "Physics and elements of biophysics",
where we give some knowledge about biophysics of microsubjects in every
division of physics. To conduct the practical lessons we created a number
of tasks, which are adapted to specialty "Biotechnology" as
well.
Laboratory Work of the Profound Research in Fraunhofer s Diffraction
on a Splint

This laboratory work as a practical work in general physics on wave optics
is arranged in the centimeter electromagnetic wave band. Fraunhofer s
diffraction is being examined experimentally on a splint as well as on
the splint half square of which is covered by the plate causing half wave
- length. The results observed during the experiment will correspond to
the diffraction theory.

and relieves a making the databases for computer systems of testing the

The package of the computer programs for performance of laboratory jobs
is developed, in which are provided change of meanings of experimental
parameters in wide ranges, and also the check of knowledge of a theoretical
material on each laboratory job with the help of the test, that allows
the students to study in more details features of the observable phenomena
and to check up a level of knowledge acquired during training. The built
- in system of testing does not allow to proceed to the following laboratory
job, if the result of testing is less than a through passage number, which
the teacher nominates.
The given software covers a course of general physics and can be used
as the removed users through a network INTERNET in open and remote education,
and in a local network of higher educational institutions.
Development of the Methodology of General Physics Course in Pedagogical

The problem of content and logic of construction of general physics course
in the Pedagogical Higher Educational Establishment is considered. The
basis of the approach is representation of the course as about the higher
structured system. Them content and structure determined by the limited
number of parameters. The principles of conformity of condition of science
and social culture are considered in the capacity of such parameters.
It was shown that the modern filling of these principles cause to the
new level of development of the methodology of general physics course
construction, which is characterized by the organically introduction to
the course of elements of physics of unstable conditions and nonequilibrum
processes. The character of presentation of one such question nonlinear
mechanic oscillations is analyzed in the existing textbooks on the course
of general physics.
