Physics in Higher Education The contents 3 Introduction
The early history of electrodynamics, from electromagnetic induction law's discovered by Franz Ernst Neumann, professor of the Koenigsberg university in 1845, his introduction an idea of the vector-potential, and a conceivable way of the electromagnetism theory advancement. The Correction
of Electromagnetic Units of System Si in According with Modern Conception
about Electromagnetic Field As result of correction of same derivative electromagnetic units of system SI "Modernized system of electromagnetic units of SI"[abbreviation: system SI(M)], which doesn't have principle shortcomings of CGS and SI in field of electromagnetism, has been used. All equations of electromagnetism have invariant form in systems SI(M), ST and CGS. Some equations contain factor : in system SI - = 9╥109 N╥m2/C2, in system ST - = 1 Nm2/Тm2, in system CGS - = 1. Qualitative analysis of the problem of a material point falling near the Earth's surface is given. An air resistance is taken into account. The analysis is done with the help of phase portrait's method. Construction of phase portraits assists with clearness of lecture' materials and shows how methods of Differential Equations can be applied in a course on Physics. On
Mistakes to the Conclusion of Klausewitz Inequality In a number of manuals the authors discovered a number of elementary mistakes referring to the conclusions on the thermodynamic correlation of Klausewitz. The correct explanation of this correlation (inequality) is suggested. Introduction
of Spherical Harmonics by Means of Fourier Series Introduction of the theory of spherical harmonics in the brief courses of the mathematical physics may cause some difficulties to a lecturer. In this article we propose a new approach to the exposition of these questions in the lecture course and a new form of the notion of spherical harmonics. The functions ( ) are introduced by means of Fourier series of in the interval . The functions defined in this manner are identically equal to the spherical harmonics. The method described in the article is essentially simpler than that widely used and allow some to prove rigorously the discreteness of the division parameter , what is usually omitted by the lecturer. Testing Complex of Students Knowledge on General Physics for Non-Physical
Specialties of Engineering High Schools Developed electronic complex for testing of knowledge's of students and practice of solution of tasks on general physics. This complex is represent of the international standards and elevated of the students' knowledge level. For the Methodical
Ware of the Course "Electrodynamics" at the Department of
Physics of the Trekhgorniy Polytechnic Institute Here yon can observe the tasks for students to do on reviewing the basic
terms of the vector analysis. The aim of these tasks is to prepare the
students for the deeper studying of the electromagnetic phenomena by means
of the Equations of Maxwell. Introduction into the theory of plasma in frames of the course of general
physics is usually related to study of statistical physics, kinetic and
gas-dynamic processes in plasma. One of the routine methods of plasma
properties investigation is the method of probes, developed by Langmuir.
In practicum of general physics, the interpretation of volt-ampere characteristics
(VAC) is presented only for one probe. In practice, the method of two
probes is more preferable since it requires low probe currents and therefore
the danger of the probe overheating and dispersion vanishes. In this study
the following topics are presented. Illustration of the
Thermal Radiation Laws Using the Thermocouple and the Bolometer In this paper a laboratory work devoted to the proof of the heat radiation laws is described. The experiment may be realized in the conditions of a college lab using the glass prism, halogen lamp, shield and sensitive thermocouple. Some details of the experiment, questions on the characteristics of the black body radiation and thermal radiation laws presented as well.

Practical Work on Physical Basis of Biomechanics Method Diagnostic
for Medical Institute Students The laboratory practical work on biomechanics for students of medical institutes is described. These biomechanics methods maybe used for non-invasive diagnostics.
1 Saratov State University, 410026 Saratov, Moskovskaya, 155 The application of the special optical element (in particular, of the two-exposure shift specklogramm) in the interference Young's scheme is considered. This optical element permits to increase essentially the intensity of the observed interference Young's fringes in the sufficiently extended diffraction halo and to observe the effect of the light spatial coherence degree of the extended thermal sources. The organization of the demonstration experiments and study work for investigation of light source sizes and its spatial coherence degree effects on visibility of Young's fringes is discussed.
The electronic abstract of lectures on physics is developed in PowerPoint with use animation, sound effects, import of objects from other programs.
The didactic objectives and means to achieve the second and third level in the study of physics have been determined. The problems of comprehensive computer support in the study of energy band theory fundamentals in the course of physics, aimed at the increase in fundamental training of students, have been considered. The
Modeling of Crystaloptical Phenomena in Computer Laboratory Practice In this article we discuss the problem of formation of pure spectral colors and composite tinges attached to modeling of optical experiments. We describe our computer experiments on crystaloptical phenomena.
Fragment of material for more concrete understanding forced oscillation peculiarities in pedagogical institutes is considered. As for traditional methods more detail mathematical presentation is used.
