About One Simple Method of a Conclusion of the State Equation of Ideal Fermi-gas with an Arbitrary Degree of Degeneration

The state equation of Fermi-gas with an arbitrary degree of degeneration (ô¹0) is deduced. As against traditional method based on consideration of Gibbs distribution with variable number of particles and introduction of W-potential, the offered method does not appeal to concepts unknown to students of younger rates, being based on more simple consideration of flows of particles on a wall.

Statistics of Carriers of a Charge in the Semiconductor with Multicharge Impurities within the Framework of a General Physics Course

On the example Germany with impurity of two sorts - donors (single-charged antimony) and acceptors (gold, which atoms can be in three charging states) the problem of calculation of concentration electrons in a zone of conductivity and a finding of a level Fermi in the semiconductor with multi-charged impurity is considered. The consideration is based not on Gibbs distribution for systems with variable number of particles, unknown to students of younger rates, but on calculation of probabilities of various quantum states taking into account their degeneration.

Suppression of Rayleigh-Taylor Instability on a Quickly Oscillating in Time Boundary of Two Fluids
A.A. Ivanov jr., G.V. Povolotskaya, A.A. Pereslavtsev
The Russian Research Center "Kurchatov Institute"

Physical analogies between the development of Rayleigh-Teylor instability and the oscillations of a mechanical pendulum are presented. The mechanical problem of an inverse pendulum stabilization (the problem considered by P.L. Kapitsa with the aid of effective potential) is solved by Floquet methods. Continuing further the analogy between instability and pendulum oscillations, we point out at the possibility of inhibition of Rayleigh-Taylor instability on a quickly oscillating in time boundary of two fluids. This effect is similar to the instability of an inverse pendulum. The criteria of stabilization for the case of an ideal fluid and small-amplitude high-frequency oscillations are given. The paper contains also the results of experimental verification of dynamic suppression of Rayleigh-Taylor instability. The idea of these experiments may be applied to create an installation for "laboratory work in physics".

Briefly characteristic of applying computer technologies in physics education in SPbSIFMO (TU) is going to be discussed. Web sites' summary, having been developed by physics department staff, is going to be shown. Department's role in real and virtual laboratory works developing is signed. In this article the main aspects of organization of the educational process are observed. And this way of education will make students professional teachers, in fact, who will be able to use modern computer technologies in future.

Computer Usage in Analysis of Harmonic Generations

It is proposed a number of computer-simulation laboratory works based on main phenomena in optics. In laboratory works it has an opportunity of change experimental data in long range. It makes possible to study optic phenomena in details. The costly physical devises are not needed in this computer-simulation laboratory works and other hand these labs have been clearly demonstrated.

Role of information technologies in an educational system is increasing. In this connection the methodical fill up of expanding information space is necessary. One of methods decision this task, creation of the computer textbooks.
We designed the computerized physics textbook on sections "Molecular physics" and "Thermodynamics" for 7-th and 8-th classes of high school. Distinction features of the computerized textbook: shortness and simplicity of statements, large quantity of pictures and on-line laboratory works. Textbook is placed: http://fn4.bmstu.tu
