Examines the nature of the photon. The photon is the relativistic particle c zero rest mass and velocity equal to the speed of light (c). The photon can be regarded as a particle that has the size of the order of the wavelength, and which is localized inside the package. The package size is determined by the time the radiation t, i.e. the length of the «package» – ct.
Keywords:photon, speed of light, the photon’s size, light package, single photon interference.

The role of the Russian education system participants in physics teaching quality improvement is discussed. It is shown that at the government level the problems are connected with the absence of specialists requirements from great science and industry. The Ministry of Science and Education activity focuses on new standards and education programs publication which are far from real problems of teaching.

The activity of thousands physics teachers does not corresponds with life realities and must be modified according to the world experience. The important role in physics teaching quality improvement belongs to students and connected with their general cultural competences and psycho-emotional state.

Problems about definition of force of interaction between the earthed conducting sphere and the smaller charged sphere, not concentric enclosed in the earthed big are solved. Problems are solved in two statements: the internal sphere is supported at constant potential and the internal sphere has a constant charge. The received solutions are compared to the approached solutions and with the known solutions for a dot charge in the conducting earthed sphere.
Keywords:conducting charged spheres, not concentric spherical capacitor, electrostatic interaction.

Development of the settled pedagogical approach for upbringing of world outlook in higher education system, which takes proper account of modern revival of meaningful dialogue of a science and the Christian religion (orthodoxy), immanently inherent in the past and the present of Russian society and statehood, is discussed. The basic idea of this dialogue is that using N. Bohr’s principle complimentary of two various fields of knowledge, possesses potential of creation of a world outlook platform of the new generation in which development of a spiritual maturity of the person, as its highest requirement and basis of complete world outlook

is shown. Process of its construction is presented in the form of transition from additive separate studying of necessary set of scientific and metaphysical knowledge to development their Bohr complimentary, which is a necessary condition of a synergy of theirs interaction.
Keywords: world outlook of the person, transcendentalism, synergy, integration and complimentary of science and theology, pro and contra secular and sacral spirituality in modern education.
