Physical Course Instruction in English: Synergetic in Science–Teaching of Technical University Students
V.S. Mikhalkin
Izhevsk State Technical University; e-mail:  rsg07-8185@udm.net

The article deals with methodical aspects of bilingual training of physics in categories of synergetic model of education, as an open system in which possibilities of qualitative growth are created at the expense of change of interaction of its subsystems. For bifurcation point of the beginning of bilingual training is taken to be transition from additive set of components of separated training to the physics and English language to the set of components, connected on the nonclassical scheme «and-and» in combination with mutual complementary by N. Bohr. Instruction this set of components is facilitated by a phenomenon apperception, which manifests itself in sensibleness of perception from the previous individual experience.
Keywords: English language as Medium for Instruction, synergetics; phenomenon apperception; factors of the organization and principles of bilingual training, pro and contra of
bilingual training in science – teachings.

The algorithm of optical supervision of remote objects through the turbulent atmosphere without traditional use for this purpose of means of adaptive optics is developed. The numerical method of processing of the observed images, allowing to exclude the phase distortions brought by heterogeneity of the atmosphere is offered. The developed algorithm can be used as a basis for academic year and degree projects, and also for statement of laboratory work for students of older years of higher education institutions of physical specialties.
