About Newton’s First Law
I.R. Mubarakshin
Mari State University, Department of Theoretical and Applied Physics, e-mail: mubair@mail.ru

The contents of 1st law of Newton and the critic of Newton’s own formulation of the low are discussed. It is shown that the basic debatable questions are removed if consistently to apply the concept of a relativity of motion. Thus the original formulation of the law as Newton has formulated, reveals as more logical, substantial, methodologically consecutive. The alternative formulation of the law offered for the purpose of improvement, from the point of view of a movement relativity appears physically empty.
Keywords: the 1-st Newton’s law; inertial frame of reference; relativity of motion.

Experimental Observation of Zero-point Oscillations

Results of experiments on electron-vibrational spectra of molecules with different isotopes (isotope-effect) are presented, that unequivocally testifying to existence of zero-point energy of harmonic oscillator. It is also shown that existence of zero-point oscillations is distinctly found out in measurements of X-ray diffraction scattering from crystals and in temperature dependence of the probability of the Mossbauer effect.

Wave Properties of Electrons in Nanoobjects
E.V. Smirnov
Bauman Moscow State Technical University. 105005, Moscow,
2th Baumanskaya, 5; e-mail: seva09@rambler.ru

The purpose of this paper is to give an overview of experimental investigations of the wave properties of electrons using nanotechnology devices. Opportunities of a scanning tunneling microscope (STM) to create on the surface of the conductors two-dimensional quantum structures – quantum corrals consisting of individual atoms are discussed. The important role of STM in the study of surface electron waves, the de Broglie waves observed in these structures is noted. Necessity to include sections on physical principles of nanotechnology in General Physics course in Technical Universities is indicated.

A Theorem on the Uniform Distribution of Energy over the Degrees of Freedom
S.G. Kalenkov
Moscow State Technical University «MAMI»,
107023, Moscow, B. Semenovskay st., 38; e-mail: kalenkov@mami.ru

In the model of a diatomic ideal gas considered the mechanism of establishing the equilibrium distribution of energy over the degrees of freedom. Upon impact of a diatomic molecule (rotator) the wall thermostat reaction force acting on the molecule, changing the velocity of translational motion of the center of mass of the molecule, its angular velocity and speed of the internal motion of atoms in the molecule, which leads to certain relations between changes in the velocities. It turns out that these relations do not depend on the specific type of shock forces, they derive the most general principles of mechanics. In essence, the strike force “bind” various degrees of freedom, which ultimately leads to a correlation between the energies associated with various degrees of freedom.
Keywords: energy degrees of freedom, the distribution, the equation of motion, the mean value.

In the work are analyzed all aspects of the conclusion of the equation of indissolubility on the basis of ideas N.E. Zhukovskiy about the model of the particle of liquid. It is in particular shown that the introduction of a change of the density of liquid into the equation of indissolubility is incorrect from the position of the kinematic relationships of material point, which occur in the classical mechanics.

It is demonstrated that the real memresistivity, in the sense of Chua, is realized in the system of coupled oscillating contours, wich figure of merit and relaxation time are depended from the frequency and the power of influence. The mechanical analogs of memresistivity and its different imitators, in particular, Williams’s memristor are considered. The conclusion is made on the memristive behavior of DNA.
