Results of an experimental research of interaction of the charged ball with not charged conducting plates in conditions when it is possible to consider a ball a point charge are resulted. Research is lead for three plates of the different sizes consistently earthed or not earthed (isolated). Theoretical researches are lead for system a point charge - the conducting not charged sphere also earthed or not earthed. Are found limits small and greater distances between a charge and a surface of a sphere. It is shown, that in all cases grounding essentially influences size of the electric image of a charge.

In such their quality, "superfluous" data in tasks create supplementary conditions, close to real ones, for verification of pupils’ competence.

A.V. Khrustaliov
Moscow Institute of World Economics and International Relations
E-mail: jupiter5500@yandex.ru

The concept of invariant time common (with accuracy to initial time) for all inertial frames of reference (IFR) in Special Theory of Relativity (STR) is suggested. The difference in invariant time intervals between two events, in different IFR is explained with relative character of events in STR. The developed concepts are applied to solving typical problems in relativistic kinematics.

On Calculation of Moments of Inertia of a Half-Ball
V.I. Kozlov
M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University, Faculty of Physics; e-mail: Kozlov1937.@mail.ru

The formulas for calculating the moments of inertia of a continuous homogeneous half ball with respect to the most characteristic axe are obtained using the Huygens-Steiner theorem. This derivation of these formulas is based on the fact that its moment of inertia with respect to an axis passing through the center of its flat side is independent of the orientation of this axis.
