General Physical Practical Work in a Course of the General Physics

In this paper the problems about the development and the role of physical laboratory experiment in general physics are discussed. The brief information about 100-year history of this form of education in physics department of Moscow State University is presented. The peculiarities of development of the physical laboratory experiment are considered from the point of computerization. The examples of new modern and computerized physical laboratory experiment are given.

Certification Criteria of Textbooks Quality on Physics and Their Realization in the Publishing Practice.

Certification criteria of textbooks quality are analyzed which are used by the Scientific - Methodical Council on Physics as a structure unit of the Ministry of Science and Education of Russian Federation. Among these criteria the main attention are focused on the textbook content and structure correspondence to State Education Standards as well as on the scientific and methodical level of the textbook, etc. The importance of classical textbooks of domestic and foreign authors re-publishing is emphasized.

R. Feynman, is examined and its universality is shown. The effectiveness of the model in Physics and Physics teaching for the classification of the statistical description types under Boltzmann assembly and Gibbs ensemble is demonstrated.š

Purpose and Experience of Carrying out of the Internet Olympiads on the Physics

The Internet-system for carrying out of Olympiads and creative competitions on Physics is described. It allows to organize Olympiads with great number of pupils and to carry out continuous monitoring of the results. Goal of the organization of Internet-Olympiads is formulated. The structure of the software is described; examples of realization of practical tasks of Olympiads are discussed in details. Results of carrying out of Olympiads in Saint Petersburg and Leningrad region and prospects of development of the Internet-Olympiads are discussed.

The structure of integrated course of lectures "Condensed state of matter: from structural units to life matter" is described. The whole course is based on the unified conception of contents statement, which combines the fundamental traditional concepts and methods to the latest achievements in physics, chemistry, biology and other natural sciences. The textbook includes four following parts: 1) Structural elements and types of chemical interactions of condensed matter, 2) Periodic structures (crystals), 3) Unordered systems, 4) Biological structures.
