That fact is one of the obstacles to the clear account of the bases of
physics of particles and nuclei in 3 policies of universities that the
course of quantum mechanics does not precede course "physics of particles
and of atomic nuclei", and it follows it. Many divisions of this course
(as the course of atomic physics) require for their understanding of
the introduction of concept "wave function of particle or system
of particles" as
the eigenfunctions of the operators of the physical quantities: š,š
moreover šf š- the eigenvalue of operator,
corresponding to the measured physical quantity.

Generalization via the "Effective" Parameters.

The unified method for describing of the ideal classical gas in the course
of general physics is considered. It is based on the use of the "effective"
thermodynamic parameters depending upon the temperature. The caloric
equation of state (usually known as equipartition law for the inner energy)
is generalized by means of the effective uniformity index on the relativistic
case in the same way as it is done in the well known textbooks by means
of the effective degrees of freedom on the quantum case. The generalization
of the Bernoulli method of the derivation of the barocaloric equation
of state for general form of the particle's energy-momentum dispersion
law is also given.

A lot of textbooks on general physics for universities lose the experimental
background and concentrate on theoretical models of physical phenomena.
Together with secondary school physics change for the worse it diminishes
pupils and students knowledge and interest in the subject study. To correct
the general physics education strategy universities should turn to secondary
schools and unite efforts in physics laboratories and demonstration experiments
support at the contemporary level.

allows to realize the principles of distant teaching and rating control
of knowledge and to activate the creative potential of students.
On the Definition of Concepts in the Field of Magnetic Phenomena

The system of concepts, terms and definitions of physical values in the
field of electromagnetism, confirmed by the existing state standard is
analyzed. We have found out incorrect definitions of numerous concepts
in the field of magnetic phenomena given by the standard (the most important
ones in this respect are the concepts of magnetization and intensity
of magnetic field), which certainly gives rise to difficulties in the
practical application of the appropriate terminology and notification
of magnetic values. It is suggested that the concepts of microscopic
(true) and macroscopic (averaged) values should be determined with introducing
physically small elements (volumes, cross sections) to average them.
It has been shown that the given concepts, names and symbols of values
in the field of magnetic phenomena eliminate many problems and controversy
while describing magnetic fields, whether it refers to the systems on
the atomic and molecular levels in the substance or complex systems with
magnetics using the appropriate physical scale of averaging of microscopic
