World Tendencies of the Physics Education Development
V.A. Aleshkevich
Lomonosov Moscow State University
In this paper, the analysis of important tendencies of the physics education in high school was made. The outlines of the paper are based on the official documents UNESCO, European physics education network, Internet resources and others.

Education and Applied Researches Integration at the Quantum Electronics Department of Krasnoyarsk State University
A. S. Provorov,š M. Yu. Reushev, V.V. Salmin, A.G. Sizykh,
E. A. Slyusareva, A.V. Sorokin
Krasnoyarsk State University
We report the experience of education and applied researches integration at the Quantum Electronics Department of Krasnoyarsk State University. The systems of multi-stage general and special training specialization "Quantum electronics" and "Medical physics" are considered. The examples of education process and applied researches integration are presented.

The Metrology Aspects for General Physics Course
V.S. Idiyatulin
Izhevsk State Agricultural Academy
The metrology aspects for general course of physics, which are concerned with the physical terminology and physical quantity and their units' definition, are considered. It is not always carried out physically correct in schoolbooks or in reference literature. The tasks of definition and their role in uncovering of the essence and learning of physical concepts are discussed.

On Deriving Euler Equation in Hydrodynamics and Consequences of Incompressibility Condition for Liquid
N.N. Lukerchenko, Yu.A. Popov, Yu.P. Rybakov and G.N. Shikin
Russian University of Friendship of Peoples
We discuss the methodology of deriving Euler equation in Hydrodynamics and show that the incompressibility condition for liquid admits the variety of nontrivial solutions.

The Wave Nature of Electromagnetic Induction Phenomenon
P.M. Mednis
Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University

From the wave point of view the question of generation the induced the electromotive force (emf) in metallic disk which rotates with constant angular velocity inside constant and uniform magnetic field which is orthogonal to the disks surfaces is considered.š

Froude's Spring Pendulum
V.S. Bulygin
Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University, Russia)
bulygin@nm.ru
Surveyed the motion of a spring pendulum under action of a frictional force with impinging dependence on velocity.

The System of Heurististic Methods of Solving Problems in Physics
M.S. Krasin
K. Tsiolcovski Kaluga State Pedagogical University
The author's system of heurististic methods of solving problems in physics for secondary school students s submitted. The article gives the basic for uniting and structuring those methods. It presents the descriptions of the methods, examples, illustrating their efficiency, and brief methodical recommendations.

About Standard Set of Equipment on Laboratory " Quantum Physics and Structure of Matter"
E.E. Fiskind
Nizhniy Tagil State Social-Pedagogical Academy
Å-mail: fiskind@ntspi.ru
A peculiarities standard of laboratory equipment on quant physics FPK has been considered. Analysisš possibilities of set on measurements of resonance potential, study cosmic rays and Hall's effect has been implemented.

Studying of Physics of Materials and Components of Solid-State Electronics in Pedagogical High School
I.I. Khinich, E.B. Tzurevskii
Herzen's Russian State Pedagogical University
Moyka r. embankment, 48, 191186, St. Petersburg, Russia
A new methodical approach to construction of a laboratory practical work on studying physical bases of solid-state electronics in pedagogical high schools is offered.

The Description of Experimental Installation Simulating the Mechanism Interactions of a Whirlwind with a Water Surface
V.A. Bubnov
Moscow City Pedagogical University
In work the design of experimental installation is described which opens the mechanism of interaction of the isolated whirlwind with the heated up water surface. Is shown, that the whirlwind raises on a water surface cylindrical waves, which intensify process of evaporation of a liquid.

The Simple Observation of the Geometrical Rytov Phase
V.I. Tsoy, L.A. Melnikov, V.L. Derbov, M.B. Zheleznov
Physics Department, Saratov State University, 83 Astrakhanskaya Str.
410012 Saratov, Russia
The simple observation of the polarization plane rotation under the non-planar light propagation is described. It is easy to realize such observation in the teaching physics laboratory.

The Laboratory Experiment "Corpuscular Properties of g-Radiation"
A.V. Makienko, B.G. Chernyavsky
Tomsk Polytechnical University
The new laboratory equipment is described for the study of corpuscular properties of g-radiation. The important difference consists in the possibility of change of the position of g-source relative to the pair of detectors with the use of the coincidence scheme.š

The Study of the Movement of Charged Particles in Stationary Crossed Electrical and Magnetic Fields via Virtual Laboratory Works
N.S. Kravchenko, O.G. Revinskaya
Tomsk Polytechnic Institute
The question studied has an important methodical significance in the section of "Electricity and Magnetism" in the course of general physics. In two cases these movements may be represented as a superposition of translational and rotational movements (Trochoida, spiral line). In performing the work the students obtain not only concrete knowledge, but also the experience of studying of theoretical models.

Role New Integration Special Course and Practical Work "Physics of Polymers and Composites" in Preparation of Experts of a Physical and Mathematical Direction
G.M. Magomedov, A.K. Kasimov
