Gibbs Distribution in the General Course of Physics
í.B. Shapochkin
111250, íÏscow, ërasnokazarmenay st., 14, íPEI (ôU)
One technique of a statement of "conclusion" of initial Gibbs distribution for students is described within the framework of the general course of physics. As an example of application of distribution Gibbs lead out distributions Boltzman and Fermi - Dirac.

Methodical Problems in the Teaching of the Special Theory of Relativity and Quantum Theory in the University's Course of Physics
A.A. Abramov
Moscow State Institute of Electronic Engineering
(Technical University), Zelenograd, E-mail: gpd@gf.miee.ru
Contents and methods of the teaching of Special Theory of Relativity and Quantum Theory are discussed. The arguments on suggestions to use the only mass in Special Theory of Relativity and inclusion of the vector potential notion in University's course of Physics are presented.

Physics as a Science and Educational Subject
V.S. Idiatulin
Izhevsk State Agriculture Academy
The problem concepts in physics grounding are considered. The method of physics as an exact science and the reflection of science reality into curriculum and studies are discussed. Several problems of general physics - from mechanics to nuclear physics are described.

The Module Structure of the General Physics Course with the Use of Computer Technologies
N.G. Levanova, S. N. Potyomkina and S.V. Talalov
Tolyatti State University
The module scheme of the general physics course for engineers is discussed. The structure of the module is suggested. The kind of activities of the student and the forms of knowledge's control is considered.

Role of the Educational Physical Models in Formation of Physical Picture of the World in General Physics Course
V.V. Fomenko
State Flight Academy of Ukraine, Kirovograd
Problems of formation of physical world outlook in general physics course on the basis of the educational version of a physical picture of the world (PPW) are considered. The two-componential macrostructure of educational version of PPW basing a certain set of educational physical models - its modeling carcass is offered. The example of modeling carcass of PPW is given.

"Clarity" in the Theory of Knowledge, to Physics and to the Procedure of the Teaching of Physics
N.E. Vazheyevskaya
Moscow Pedagogical State University
Use of visual methods is one of leading principles of didactics. The point is that the concept of "use of visual methods" has definite gnoseological content and some meaning in physics at the same time. Consequently, we face a need to overview and correct the didactic principle in the system of theory and methods of teaching physics, where both physics and philosophic understanding of the concept should be presented.

Is proposed the program of the new training course of the "bases of physics of the condensed state" for the students of the physical specialties of VUZ - Institute of Higher Education. Basic difference from the traditional courses of solid state physics is in the start of the bases of statistical thermodynamics in application to the condensed state, the bases of physics of phase transitions, no crystalline and liquid state, surface phenomena, and low-dimensional structures. Are examined strongly nonequilibrium processes and processes of self-organizing in the condensed state. The proposed training course essentially is based on the original scientific methods developments of the authors.

Structure of the Information-training Complex on the Laser Technologies
B.V. Volkovyskiy, E.B. Yakovlev
St. Petersburg State University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics
Students and the teachers must devote their time to science, and computer must be only simple and convenient tool, and not by the object of separate study.

Physical Experiment in Light of the Modernization of Education
M.S. Pavlov, L.M. Lyubushkina

We analyzed literature about methodic and technique of school physical experiment and offered the classification of physical experiment. The structure of this classification reflects the sequence of the learning levels of the experimental abilities and practical skills and allows diversifying the using of various types of physical experiment in the educational physical process in the school of different types.

On the Possibility of Demonstration of Interference of Light from Independent Sources
M.G. Kremlev

The experiment is proposed to demonstrate the interference of light from two laser sources in the student auditorium environment. This demonstration may form a part in the standard course of wave optics. The experimental installation can also be used to demonstrate some related phenomena serving to illustrate such fundamental notions as coherence, bandwidth, etc, although the performance of some of these additional experiments in the auditorium may meet certain difficulties.

The Modeling of Processes Illustrating Spontaneous Symmetry Breaking in Physics Courses
A.V.š Liaptsev, I.V. Sergeeva
A.I. Herzen Russian State Pedagogical University,šš 191186 S.-Petersburg
Simple models demonstrating effect of spontaneous symmetry breaking described. The modeling includes caring out full-scale experiments and computer's experiments. The simple and clear visualization of rather complicated effects can promote better understanding of physical phenomena, studying in physical courses.
